Who Was the Real Scranton Strangler?

Is Toby the real Scranton Strangler? This Making a Murdered style video by The Offices’ official YouTube channel seems to suggest that he is.

In season six we were introduced to the Scranton Strangler; a criminal going around the Scranton area strangling people.
The alleged Scranton Strangler was caught in season seven and Toby was selected to the jury in the case of the Strangler. However there are A LOT people out there who don’t believe that the man who was sent to prison was the real Scranton Strangler. I have seen a lot of theories and pretty solid arguments on the internet and all over social media that suggest that the Strangler is someone from the office; most theories point to Creed and Toby. But even though there are some people out there who make some really good points and seem to have strong arguments that suggest that Toby or Creed was the Strangler, I was never 100% convinced by any of these theories, but this 10-minute mini documentary changes that.
The video pieces together various scenes from past episodes featuring some really odd and weird behavior from Toby in a way that pretty much convincingly frames Toby as the number 1 suspect.
So, is Toby the Scranton Strangler? Well, after watching this video I’m more convinced that he may be the Strangler, and it kind of make sense.
Throughout the show we see that Toby is portrayed as the sad-sack office punching bag. Toby’s life is sad; his wife left him, he has a hard time connecting with his daughter and he works at dead-end job with a boss that treats him like crap. All he wanted was a little attention and to be friends with someone in the office, but no one really wanted to be friends with him.
And what about his weird obsession with pam? In season three we learned that Toby had feelings for her, but he never had the courage to tell her that. Pam then starts dating Jim and Toby has to witness how happy they are.
Realizing that he has failed at every aspect of his life, he then decides to move to Costa Rica where he was supposed to spend the rest of his life, however he had accident where he broke his neck and decided to come back to Scranton (maybe this is when he became the Strangler?) Anyways Toby returned to his sad life in Scranton and that’s also the season we were first introduced to the Scranton Strangler
After getting back from Costa Rica, Toby is selected to the jury in the case of the Strangler. Everyone in the office was excited and Toby was happy because for once people were interested in what he had to say; just what he wanted all those past years. As toby himself said, “I know people are only this excited to talk to me because of the trial. But, they talk to me for a while, and maybe people realize I have something to say. And then one day, we're just talking.”
After the trial is over and the Scranton Strangler is convicted Toby becomes extremely obsessed with the trial. He says over and over, that he doesn’t think that the man they convicted is the actual Scranton Strangler but that he was pressured to convict him despite believing he may been innocent. Toby feels really guilty for sending this man to prison, but why? Is it maybe because he was the one pressuring the other jurors to convict the man? Because he knows that he sent an innocent man to prison when he was the real Strangler?
I guess we will never get these answers and we will never know for sure if he is the Strangle unless The Office comes back and answers all of our question.
But watch the video and let me know what you think! Do you believe Toby is the Scranton Strangler? Do you think they convicted the actual Strangler? or do you have a different theory?
